Create an account, confirm your email if requested and follow the setup steps. Upload your CV or enter the details manually, then review the information. Your new CV stays private until you choose to share it.

Open Profile for your headline, summary and links. Use Experience, Skills and Achievements for your career record. Open Career ambitions to review your direction.

Your username is used in your shared CV address. Contact support if it needs to change, as changing it can break links you have already shared.

A report suggests career directions from your experience, skills and ambitions. It helps you consider options and development needs. It is not a prediction, hiring decision or guarantee of a role.

Check that your profile is accurate and specific. Include evidence of what you have done, not just job titles. Review AI suggestions critically and use Pathways to check the report access and refresh options available to your account.

Open Learning log to add an activity, provider, date and hours. Self ratings describe your own assessment of a skill; completing a course does not independently certify your ability.

Open CV and sharing to check your saved visibility. Private and switched off prevent visitors from seeing your CV. Anyone with the link allows access to people with the address. Public also allows search indexing. Link access is not password protection.

Yes. Anyone who can view your page may print, copy or save it. Making it private later does not remove copies they already hold. Review your information before sharing.

Your professional profile includes your name, headline, summary, location, experience, education and skills. CV and sharing lets you choose optional sections and presentation. Coaching responses, wellbeing entries and development goals are not included in the public CV.

Open CV and sharing, choose a layout and a dark or light appearance, then save. The saved settings are used on your shared page.

Foundation is free and keeps your career record, shared CV and monthly Career Check-in. Growth is £30 per year and includes every OTO Careers feature except coaching. Flourish adds one bounded AI coaching session each month and is £5 per month or £50 per year. OTO Life is a separate product. Your seven day Careers trial includes every Growth feature and one coaching session unlocked on the final day. It does not require a card and does not convert automatically.

Open your account menu, then Your plan. From there you can open the secure Stripe billing portal to update payment details or cancel.

Choose Forgot password on the sign in page and enter your account email. Complete the security check if requested, then use the reset email. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive. Never send your password to support.

Settings contains a Careers data export and an account deletion control. Deletion requires an explicit confirmation and cannot be undone. Export anything you wish to keep and review active subscriptions first. For other data requests, contact privacy@otovios.com.
