Upload your CV or enter your details manually. An upload can help with the first draft, but it does not replace your review.

Choose your direction
Review your profile and choose a username. Add a career ambition, and a target role or year if you have one in mind.

Review your pathways
Once setup is complete, open your dashboard and review the report when it is available. Suggestions are based on the information you have provided.

Build a useful habit
Choose a development goal, record learning and keep your professional record current. Return when you have progress to record or a decision to explore.

A few useful answers.
Do I need a CV to get started?
No. You can enter your details manually during setup. If you upload a CV, review the extracted information before continuing.
Will my profile be public?
No. New profiles stay private. You can choose link access or public visibility from CV and sharing after reviewing your information.
Is a pathway a prediction?
No. It is a suggested direction to investigate, based on the information available. It is not a hiring decision or a guarantee of a promotion.
What does it cost?
Foundation is free and keeps your career record, shared CV and monthly Career Check-in. Your first Pathways report starts a card-free seven day trial. Growth is £30 per year. Flourish includes bounded coaching and is £5 per month or £50 per year.
