A private career record: your experience, skills, achievements and learning in one place, a shared CV page you control, and career guidance built from your own evidence rather than a questionnaire. Foundation is free and stays free; Growth and Flourish add pathways, structured development and coaching.

While you wait

Read The Leadership Lens, a free book by Suj Munir on leading well, which OTOvios hosts. It asks for a chapter a month and a sentence a week, and it is a good way to start the kind of record OTO is built for.
